Each Le Bon Funk Christmas Basket is lovingly prepared in our kitchen and packaged by the team just before delivery/collection to ensure freshness upon arrival.

As our baskets include perishable products that require refrigeration, we would greatly encourage our guests to review the following terms and conditions before placing an order.

Guests are responsible for collecting their orders on the confirmed collection date.

Due to the perishable nature of certain items, uncollected orders may not be suitable for collection on a later date. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your order.

Any additional delivery arrangements will be subjected to extra charges.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled collection or delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made thereafter will not be refunded.

For bulk or corporate orders of 10 baskets or more, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to qualify for a full refund.

Any changes to collection method or delivery dates, quantities, or order details must be requested at least 7 days in advance. All amendments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

In the event of product unavailability, Le Bon Funk will contact guests to arrange a suitable replacement of equal or greater value, or offer an appropriate alternative.

Should we be unable to fulfil an order, guests will be entitled to a full refund.
